NETDOCTOR4U was founded in December 2006 as a result of an idea that originated during a quiet and wonderful golf course at Northwick Park, a northwest suburb of London. On one fine afternoon, a colleague and I discussed the idea of starting a cost-effective service for home and small business users. The idea was then converted into a service company with a one-page website and two people. The main idea was to begin with a computer support firm that provides transparent and cost-effective solutions for small office and home office (SOHO) customers.
In the short span of 2 years, we have expanded our online support to North America, UK, and West Europe. We have also started our work from India in 2009 and have been slowly growing in the field of Computer Support, Hardware Sale and Services, Software Sale, Web development, Network Support, Network Design, and Technical Consultancy.
We are working with the aim to serve our customers according to their requirements and that is the main reason for our flexible charge format. To our new customers, we take the time to understand their needs and give them the best possible package and solution as per their requirement. This helps us and the customer to work with ease and their by a technical profile of a customer’s computer is created. This not only helps to serve our customers better but we are also able to minimize downtime due to the availability of past technical history.
We are continuously working to improve the ease of our customers. As a part of our efforts, we are going to implement a “Customer Service Record” tab in the near future so that customers can login and check their own details and keep track of their services.
